Mintcookie

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Releasing 4 DARK Zombie-Type monsters from your Graveyard. This card cannot be destroyed as a result of battle. When this card is Special Summoned to the field, decrease the ATK/DEF of all LIGHT monsters x1000. As long as this card is face-up on the field Counter(s) cannot be placed on Monster Cards. In addition, monsters cannot Attack Directly. When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard pay half your Life Points to Special Summon up to 4 Zombie-Type monsters removed from play. ragnarok1945
that last effect is a far too powerful. It can easily be sent to the graveyard via card effect 7/
Thundrake 997
You should make the last effect only happen if it is destroyed as a result of battle. Picture's good, OCG needs a bit of work, 7.5/

Picture's good' date=' OCG needs a bit of work, 7.5/10[/quote'] it cannot be destroyed by battle >.> There is a trap card that lets you summon up to 5 monsters removed from play. ANY monster, at the cost of half your life points. I think this card's effect is fine.
Thundrake 997
Oh. Whoops XD, I forgot about that. In that case, you might wana make it battle-destructible, but you can do something, say, remove a Zombie in your graveyard from play to negate and destroy a card effect targeting it.
