Effect:OCG:"When this card is sent to the Graveyard, add 1 Fiend-Type monster with a DEF equal to or lower than 1000 from your Deck to your hand." This is like...Witch of the Black Forrest, only worse. :/ Also, 1300 ATK is pretty high for a 3 star, I suggest you change it to a 4 star.As for the effect, I suggest you scrap it completely and start over, sorry, but its really just too much of a Witch clone. :/ Keep trying, you'll get it.
