This is the card I made it after.[spoiler=Lore]1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters.When this card is Synchro Summoned, destroy all your opponent's face-down cards. Once per turn, you can select 1 card in your opponent's hand to be discarded. If the discarded card is a DARK monster, you can Special Summon it in face-up Defense Position. If this monster is attacked, you can destroy 1 of the Special Summoned monsters to negate the attack. And now the Toon version[spoiler=Lore]This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned while "Toon World" is on your side the field. You can Special Summon this monster from your hand, but Tributes are required for monsters Level 5 or more. This card cannot attack in the turn that it is Summoned. Unless you pay 500 Life Points, this monster cannot attack. When "Toon World" on the field is destroyed, this card is also destroyed. If your opponent doesn't control a Toon Monster, this card can attack your opponent's Life Points directly. Effect is weird also because it can be overpowered by attacking your opponent directly if the control no toon monster.it can be under powered because ''This card cannot attack in the turn that it is Summoned.
