You could actually make this a Union monster... [align=center][spoiler=Lore]This card is also treated as an Equip Spell Card. When this card is sucsessfully Summoned, select 1 Monster Card in your Graveyard, and equip this card to it. This card's ATK and DEF is equal to the selected card's ATK and DEF. When this card is selected as an attack target, you can Tribute the selected card to Negate the attack. If the selected card is removed from the Graveyard, remove this card from play. This completely opens up a space on the Monster Card Zone. It works so that while it can attack as a monster, it doesn't occupy the space for a monster. Get what I'm saying? Then it occupies a Spell Card Zone, which is the backfire. I understand the Scythe's Apprentice thing though. The pic doesn't match the type...
