As long as this card remains face-up on the field, the ATK and DEF of all monsters with "Creepy Puppet" in their card name is decreased by an amount equal to the number of face-up "Mad Unnon" cards you control x 200. You can Tribute this card to Special Summon 1 "Mad Unnon" from your hand, if your opponent controls 2 or more monsters with "Creepy Puppet" in their card name.
