This card is used to Ritual Summon "Black Skull". You must also Tribute monsters from the field or your hand whose total Levels equal 12 or more.

 

This Monster can only be Ritual Summoned with the Ritual Spell Card, "Skull of Despair"

 

Pictures are cool, but give Black Skull an effect.

That's not how the ritual spell card is supposed to work, and Black Skull needs an effect anyway

I don't understand this obsession everyone has with 8+ level monsters anyway.

thecarder, if you don't want to change the level then:

 

A. Bump its ATK/DEF up. What basically amounts to a Level 12 vanilla monster should have better stats.

or

B. Give it a powerful effect. Since it's a Zombie, have it work with summoning or buffing Zombie cards.
