First effect is based on description second effect is based on the fact that Dharma's are good luck statues and they blot out one eye (Dharma Counters) when a task has begun and blot out the second when it is finished. [spoiler=Dharma's Lore]When this card is Normal Summoned place 2 Dharma Counters on it. If this card is used as Synchro Material, destroy 1 monster on the Field. Once per turn, you can remove 1 Dharma Counter from this card to toss a Coin and call it, if called correctly select and execute one of the following effects: This card's Level is treated as 4 until the End Phase. Special Summon 1 monster from you hand with an ATK of 2000 or less. [spoiler=Submersion's Lore]All battle damage you take from battles involving this card becomes 0. While this card is face-up on your side of the field, your opponent cannot select a face-up monster as an attack target except this card. when this card is sent from the Field to the Graveyard, Special Summon as many Zombie-Type monsters with 2000 or less DEF from your Graveyard as possible in Face-Up ATK position. The counters, I believe do not have correct OCG, you just forgot one small thing. You have to put a max, if there is one, I think. Since I don't know, then I can't decrease your score for it. However, destroying a monster and getting a Synchro Monster is a little much. Try lowering it down to maybe a Spell or Trap, or two Spells or Traps, etc. Good job! 8.8/10 Card B: OCG is perfect. However, alot of powerful Zombie-Type monsters have 2000 or less defense, which can make it OP'd. Try changing it to attack, and it's alright. 8.6/10 Great Job!
