740kt
Well, I made some cards from some manga in Shonen Jump, and here they are. You can request other characters (from any pop culture, not necessarily manga) and I'll see if I can make them. Also, if you think a picture is bad, and you have a better one, please PM me it. I'll give you a rep for your trouble. [spoiler=Dragonball][spoiler=Young Goku][spoiler=Card Lore:]On the turn this card is Normal Summoned, it can attack your opponent directly. Once during your Standby Phase, you can pay 400 Life Points to increase this card's ATK by 400. This card cannot destroy an opponent's monster by battle. (Damage calculation is applied normally.) [spoiler=Super Saiyan Transformation][spoiler=Card Lore:]This card is used to Ritual Summon a "SS" monster. You must also Tribute the card listed in the Ritual Summoned monster's effect and monsters whose total Levels equal 4 or more from the field or your hand. [spoiler=Vegeta][spoiler=Card Lore:]This card is treated as a Normal Monster while face-up on the field or in the Graveyard. While this card is face-up on the field, you can Normal Summon it to have it be treated as an Effect Monster with this effect:-When this card is Gemini Summoned, you can destroy up to 2 cards your opponent controls. [spoiler=SS Vegeta][spoiler=Card Lore:]This card can only be Ritual Summoned with the Ritual Spell Card "Super Saiyan Transformation". You must also pay 2000 Life Points and Tribute 1 "Legendary Warrior Vegeta" and monsters whose total Levels equal 4 or more from the field or your hand. When this card is Summoned, destroy every card your opponent controls except for the Attack Position monster with the highest ATK. (If it's a tie, your opponent gets to choose. If there are no Attack Position monsters, destroy every card on the field.) This card must battle that monster. [spoiler=Krillin][spoiler=Card Lore:]When this card is Summoned from the Graveyard during your Battle Phase, destroy 1 monster your opponent controls. On the turn this effect is activated, you can reduce this card's ATK to 1000 until the End Phase to attack your opponent directly. [spoiler=Son Goku][spoiler=Card Lore:]During your Main Phase 1, you can reduce the ATK and DEF of any monster(s) you control by 500. Each time you use this effect on a monster, this card gains 600 ATK until the End Phase. [spoiler=Piccolo][spoiler=Card Lore:]During your Battle Phase, if this card does not declare an attack, place 1 counter on this card. You can remove any number of counters to increase this card's ATK by 500X the number of counters removed until the End Phase. If this card would be destroyed by battle, you can reduce this card's original ATK and DEF by 500 to keep it on the field. [spoiler=Bleach][spoiler=Ichigo Kurosaki][spoiler=Card Lore:]While this card is face-up on the field, Level 3 or below monsters that you control cannot be selected as an attack target. If this card is destroyed by battle, Special Summon 1 "Legendary Warrior Hollow Ichigo" from your hand or Deck. [spoiler=Hollow Ichigo][spoiler=Card Lore:]This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by the effect of "Legendary Warrior Ichigo Kurosaki". When this card is Summoned, place 2 counters on this card. This card gains 100 ATK for each counter placed on it by this effect. Once during your Standby Phase, place 1 counter on this card. You can remove any number of counters from this card to inflict that number X100 damage to your opponent. [spoiler=Orihime Inoue][spoiler=Card Lore:]Once per turn, you can Special Summon 1 "Legendary Warrior" monster from your Graveyard. Monsters Summoned by this effect lose 500 ATK and DEF. When this card attacks an Attack Position monster with higher ATK and lower DEF than this card's ATK, it is destroyed after the Damage Step. If you use this effect, this card cannot declare an attack for the rest of the Duel. [spoiler=Toshiro Hitsugaya][spoiler=Card Lore:]During your Standby Phase, if this card is Set, place 2 counters (max. 5) on this card. During your End Phase, if this card is Set, place 1 counter on this card. You can remove 5 counters to destroy a card your opponent controls. This card gains 100 ATK and DEF for each counter on it, and it gains 200 ATK and DEF for every WATER monster on the field other than "Legendary Warrior Toshiro Hitsugaya". If your opponent attacks this Set monster, remove all counters on it after the Damage Step. [spoiler=One Piece][spoiler=Usopp][spoiler=Card Lore:]When this card is Summoned, place 1 Smoke Counter on every face-up monster your opponent controls. Monsters with Smoke Counters on them lose 500 ATK and DEF, and they cannot declare an attack. Once per turn, remove 1 Smoke Counter from a monster. If this card would be destroyed by battle with a Level 6 or lower monster, roll a dice. If this card would be destroyed in battle with a Level 7 or higher monster, roll 2 dice. If the result or sum of the results is equal to the Level of the monster, this card is not destroyed. When this card is removed from the field, remove all Smoke Counters. [spoiler=Usopp's Slingshot][spoiler=Card Lore:]You can only activate this card when you control a face-up "Legendary Warrior Usopp" and your opponent declares an attack. Roll a dice. Activate 1 of the following effects based on the result:1: Inflict 600 damage to your opponent.2: Negate the attack.3: Place 1 Smoke Counter on the attacking monster. Monsters with Smoke Counters lose 500 ATK and DEF, and they cannot declare an attack.4: Reduce the attacking monster's ATK and DEF by 800.5: Special Summon 1 "Legendary Warrior" monster from your hand or Deck.6: Remove 1 Smoke Counter from a monster. [spoiler=Caltrop Hell][spoiler=Card Lore:]This card can only be activated when your control a "Legendary Warrior Usopp". Flip a coin. If the result is heads, reduce all monsters your opponent controls' ATK and DEF by 300. Also, your opponent skips his/her next Battle Phase. If the result is tails, both players' monsters lose 100 ATK and DEF. [spoiler=Roronoa Zolo][spoiler=Card Lore:]If this card would be Tribute Summoned, roll a dice. If the result is 1 or 2, this card is returned to your hand and the Tributed monster is not destroyed. If not, this card is Summoned normally. This card cannot be destroyed by battle with a Warrior or Machine-Type monster. (Damage calculation is applied normally.) When this card attacks a Warrior-Type monster, it's ATK is doubled during the Damage Step. [spoiler=Sanji][spoiler=Card Lore:]This monster cannot be destroyed by battle with a FIRE monster. (Damage calculation is not applied.) When this monster attacks a Rock-Type monster, destroy it after the Damage Step. [spoiler=Nami][spoiler=Card Lore:]Once per turn, you can treat this card's Attribute as WATER, FIRE, LIGHT, or WIND. Activate 1 of these effects based on the Attribute this card is treated as:WIND- Return 1 card on the field to the owner's hand.WATER- Negate the effects of all face-up FIRE monsters.FIRE- Negate 1 attack.LIGHT- Destroy 1 Level 4 or lower monster. [spoiler=Nico Robin][spoiler=Card Lore:]Once per turn, this card can declare an attack on each monster your opponent controls. [spoiler=Naruto][spoiler=Shikamaru Nara][spoiler=Card Lore:]During each Standby Phase, select a monster your opponent controls. That monster's ATK and DEF are treated as 0 until the End Phase. [spoiler=Neji Hyuga][spoiler=Card Lore:]If this card would have destroyed an opponent's monster by battle, you can keep the opponent’s monster on the field. (Damage calculation is applied normally.) That monster cannot declare an attack or be used as a Tribute. If this card would be destroyed while it is in Defense Position, you can discard 1 card to negate the attack. [spoiler=Kakashi Hatake][spoiler=Card Lore:]This card can be Special Summoned by discarding 2 cards from your hand. Once per turn, you can reduce this card's ATK and DEF by 600 to remove a card your opponent controls from play. When this card destroys a Level 5 or higher monster by battle and sends it to the Graveyard, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the ATK of the destroyed monster. [spoiler=Tenzo][spoiler=Card Lore:]This card's Attribute is also treated as WATER. Once during your opponent's Standby Phase, select a monster your opponent controls. That monster cannot declare an attack. Once during your opponent's Battle Phase, select a monster you control. That monster's ATK becomes this card's DEF until the End Phase. [spoiler=Shino Aburame] [spoiler=Card Lore:]This card is also treated as Insect-Type. During each Standby Phase, select a non-FIRE monster your opponent controls. That monster cannot declare an attack or be used as a Tribute until the End Phase. During your End Phase, place 1 Bug Counter on a face-down monster your opponent controls. When you attack a face-down monster with a Bug Counter, destroy it without flipping it face-up or applying damage calculation. [spoiler=Sakura Haruno][spoiler=Card Lore:]When a monster you control would be destroyed by battle with a Level 6 or below monster, it is not destroyed. (Damage calculation is applied normally.) This effect can only be used once per monster. When this card attacks a monster, it is destroyed after the Damage Step. [spoiler=Kiba Inuzuka] [spoiler=Akamaru][spoiler=Card Lore:]Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can equip this card to a "Legendary Warrior Kiba Inuzuka" you control, OR unequip it to Special Summon this card in face-up Attack Position. While equipped to a monster by this effect, the equipped monster gains 500 ATK and DEF. (A monster can only be equipped with 1 Union Monster at a time. If the equipped monster would be destroyed by battle, this card is destroyed instead.) [spoiler=Kiba and Akamaru Combination][spoiler=Card Lore:]This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing 1 "Legendary Warrior Kiba Inuzuka" equipped with "Legendary Warrior Akamaru". This card is also treated as Beast-Type and as a "Legendary Warrior" monster. Once per turn, during your End Phase, place 1 Marking Counter on a monster your opponent controls. If this card attacks a monster with a Marking Counter on it, increase this card's ATK by 500 during the Damage Step. During your Main Phase, you can Tribute this card to Summon 1 "Legendary Warrior Kiba Inuzuka" and 1 "Legendary Warrior Akamaru" from the Graveyard.I probably need a better name for this card. [spoiler=Ultimo][spoiler=Ultimo][spoiler=Card Lore:]This card can be Special Summoned when a LIGHT monster you control is destroyed by battle or when your opponent controls a Level 7 or higher DARK monster. This card gains 400 ATK for each LIGHT monster on the field. When this card destroys a DARK monster by battle, draw 1 card. If a "Legendary Warrior" monster you control would be destroyed by battle, you can Tribute this card to negate the attack. [spoiler=Vice][spoiler=Card Lore:]This card can be Special Summoned from your hand by paying 1000 Life Points. Once per turn, you can destroy up to 2 cards your opponent controls. When this card destroys a LIGHT monster by battle, your opponent discards a random card from their hand. This card gains 400 ATK for each LIGHT monster in your opponent's Graveyard. If a "Legendary Warrior" monster besides "Legendary Warrior Vice" would be destroyed by battle, you can Tribute this card to negate the attack. [spoiler=Tegami Bachi][spoiler=Lag Seeing][spoiler=Card Lore:]When this card is Summoned, Special Summon 1 "Legendary Warrior Niche" from your hand or Deck. Once per turn, you can take control of a LIGHT Warrior or Spellcaster-Type monster. If this card is used for the Synchro Summon of a non-LIGHT monster, that monster loses 500 ATK. If this card is used for the Synchro Summon of a DARK monster, that monster loses an additional 500 ATK. [spoiler=Niche][spoiler=Card Lore:]When this card is Summoned, Special Summon 1 "Steak Token" (Beast-Type/LIGHT/Level 1/ATK 400/ DEF 300). As long as this card is face-up on the field, your opponent cannot select "Legendary Warrior Lag Seeing" as an attack target. If "Legendary Warrior Lag Seeing" is removed from the field, destroy this card. [spoiler=Gauche Suede][spoiler=Card Lore:]When this card is Summoned, Special Summon 1 "Roda Token" (Beast-Type/EARTH/Level 3/ATK 1000/DEF 1000). "Roda Token" cannot be used for a Synchro Summon. As long as "Roda Token" is on the field, this card cannot be selected as an attack target. You can Tribute "Roda Token" to destroy 1 Level 4 or below monster. [spoiler=Slam Dunk O.o][spoiler=Hanamichi Sakuragi] [spoiler=Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo][spoiler=Bobobo][spoiler=Card Lore:]Once per turn, flip a coin. If the result is heads, roll a dice. Activate 1 of these effects based on the result.1: Destroy every card on the field.2: Destroy every card that you control.3: Destroy every card that your opponent controls.4: Decrease every monster on the field's DEF by 500.5: Increase every monster on the field's DEF by 500.6: Draw 1 card.If the result is tails, roll a dice. Add the unpicked cards to your hand. [spoiler=Dubious Dice][spoiler=Card Lore:]Pay 1000 Life Points. Negate a six-sided die roll. The roll is treated as a number you choose. 740kt
In some of the English animes, and in the English Shonen Jump, he's called Zolo. Plus, it sounds better (to me). So I'm going with that. Added Tenzo (Yamato from Naruto).

ShurikenNinja1
They aren't all to overpowered. Shikamaru is alright. Zolo has a good effect. I didn't understand the effect of Dubios Dice though. They are nice cards, some good pictures, balanced. 8.5/
740kt
I didn't understand the effect of Dubios Dice though. I was trying to say that the dice are rigged and you get to pick what number you roll. Meh 1 rep to you and Metavosis.
