First card is fine, fairly similar to lord of D.

 

Second card is overpowered. Cards like BEWD would have 9000 Atk power and that just ruins the duel...Although you have tried to make it more fair, so i'll give you credit for that. My advice would be to change it to "double the atk, after three turns this card is destroyed with the equipped monster" and keep the end bit of the effect

 

Not a bad first attempt but needs a fair bit of work. 2.4/10
