I like the Idea but that puts the attack at 3000 and that's hard to beat, plus the extra effects, could become overpowering unless you add some slight restriction to the effects. But I do very much like the cards. I'm a fan of the Monarchs and my rating is 12/10. Oh yeah, make support for the other two as well. That'd be coolz.
