Snitch
A nice cool blue colour for this post, methinks. Well, a single here. Pic credit comes from LiAM's gallery; I fell in love with this pic as soon as I saw it. Not in an I-love-computer-generated-females-type way, but a way that I had an idea. >>; 1 WATER Tuner monster + 1 non-Tuner monsterWhen this card is Synchro Summoned successfully, select up to 2 face-up Aqua-Type monsters on the field. The selected monsters are placed in your Spell & Trap Card Zone as Equip Spell Cards and are equipped to this card. This card's ATK is increased by an amount equal to the combined ATK of the monsters equipped to this card. During each of your End Phases, place 1 Charmer Counter on this card. You can remove 3 Charmer Counters from this card to increase this card's ATK by 500 until the End Phase.
Zeaux
Rather UP. The chances of getting 2 Aqua monster is hard, because you already use two monsters to Synchro Summon it, except if you are using a card that change the type of the monsters your opponent controls or your opponent is just using a Aqua type Deck. Snitch
This supposedly adds support for Type changing and WATER, though it's really not as hard to get out as you think. :/

☆ Master Sami ☆
Very UPed, cuz the effect can only be activated once it's Synchro Summoned, A.K.A once, so if it was Synchro Summoned and there were no Aqua-type, 0 ATK permanently? change the effect into: "Once per turn, you may choose up to 2 Aqua-type monsters and treat them as equip Spell Cards that equip this card". And in the end of the effect: "Only 2 monsters can be equipped at a time". That certainly improves it. Nice pic. 9.4/
Snitch
Under your situation, why would you Synchro Summon it in the first place? It's not 'situations you could Synchro Summon it', it's 'when you would Synchro Summon it'.
OMGAKITTY
Hm. Seems pretty good to me. With the right types of cards for support *coughDNAsurgerycough*, this could turn into quite the little beatstick. Of course, any sort of spell killing effect would devastate this card >_> The counters seem a bit unneeded (unless Charmer Counters are real...which they could be. I'm too lazy to look it up). Not bad.
Snitch
Charmer Counters don't exist (might branch out on that?), but it's just supposed to give that little boost to ATK if necessary. But yeah, with the right combo, this can be great, which is the point.
