I would like the banner to ahve a render of Wiraqocha Rasca on it and the sign of the Crimson Dragon behind it. The background should be in red with cool effects (like my sig or something) and I would appreciate the Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's Logo with the text Dream of a Brighter Future under it. Thanks in beforehand! For the price, because some features weren't ideal as your description so I'll say about 50 - 100 points is perfectly fine...
