Spell - Gain life equal to the number of Spell Cards in both players Graveyards x300.

Trap - Inflict damage to your opponent equal to the number of Trap Cards in both players Graveyards x 400.

Monster - Special Summon 1 Level 4 or Lower monster of yours that has been removed from play in face-up Attack Position. Increase the summoned monsters ATK by 500 until the End Phase of the turn it is Special Summoned.

face-down card = Set card

 

You don't need "by a Spell, Trap, or Monster Effect", because those are the only ways you could destroy it anyway.

 

The way the rest of the effect is worded, I would say "When this Set card would be destroyed, activate..."

 

I don't like "monster of yours" in the monster effect, but I can't figure out a better way to word it.

 

I don't like list effects personally. This card flows a bit better than your last card. Not bad.
