I want to know whether I should continue this set or not. If you think I should, please give advice.

effect:

If this Card is used as a material for a Synchro Summon, you may treat its Level as 4, to inflict 500 damge to both players

This Monster cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This Monster can only be Special Summoned by removing three FIRE Monsters in your Graveyard from play. Once per turn, you may reduce both player's Life Points by 1000.

Incindioflame + 1 or more non-tuner FIRE Monsters.

If your Life points are below 1000 you do not have to take damage from the effects of cards you control. If you have less than 1000 life points, this card gains 1500 Atk.

During your opponent's Standby Phase he takes 500 damage. During your Standby Phase you must pay 300 Life Points. If you cannot pay 300 Life Points, destroy this card. If this card is destroyed by this effect, Special Summon one "Raging Infernal Elemental" from your hand, deck, or graveyard.
