When this card destroys a monster equip it to this card as a equip card, this card gains 250 ATK and DEF for each monster equip to this card.

I don't like how the first part of the effect is worded. Try:

 

"Once per turn, place 1 Moon Counter on this card (max 1). When this card is targeted for attack, you can remove 1 Moon Counter from this card to negate the attack."

 

His name is kind of lame too. Try to spice it up a little bit. What's a cooler way to say moon? Lunar. Make up some nonsense for his name...like...Cervestus. Add in Lunar, change that generic "warrior" to a cooler sounding generic "swordsman"

 

"Cervestus the Lunar Swordsman" sounds a lot fancier than "Moon Warrior"

i only saw 1 OCG error. try "this monster can negate 1 attack per turn" besides tht i c no real flaws w/ it.

i think adding one counter per turn is a bit much after a while because then it would be nearly impossible to destroy it by battle, which is a bit unrealistic to me. 7/10

I think its a fantastic card, you even chose an appropriate star level for its effect. it doesnt look overpowered and is still vounrable to effects. these are the sort of cards that should be seen in YuGiOh 10/10 :D
