MIB is for Made in Boredom. Based on Speed Warrior.

 

Speed Synchron

During the turn this card is Summoned, you can double its Level.

 

Speed Booster

If you control a face-up ”Speed” monster, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. You can Tribute this card to increase the ATK of a "Speed" monster you control by 1000.

 

Speed Rider

WIND

Warrior / Synchro

7 / 2700 / 2300

”Speed Synchron” + 2 or more non-Tuner monsters

During the Battle Phase of the turn this card is Summoned, increase this card's ATK by 900.

 

Limit Breaker

Trap Card

Activate only when a ”Speed” monster you control battles. Double it's ATK during damage calculation. At the End of the Damage Step, you take damage equal to the monster's original ATK.

 

Full Stop

Trap Card

Activate only when a ”Speed” monster you control battles. The monster is not destroyed. End the Battle Phase. During the End Phase, discard 1 card and add this card to your hand.

 

Speed Gear

Equip Spell

Equip only to a ”Speed” monster. The equipped monster can attack directly during the turn it is Summoned. If it does, it's ATK becomes 0 after damage calculation.

 

Speed Archfiend

”Speed Synchron” + 2 Fiend-type monsters

You can use monsters in your opponent's Graveyard for the Fusion Summon of this card. If you do, they are removed from play. Once per turn, when this card destroys a monster by battle, select 1 monster your opponent controls and halve it's ATK, and increase this card's ATK by the same amount. Then, this card must battle the selected monster. When this card is destroyed, you take damage equal to it's ATK.

 

Speed Summoner

When this card is Summoned, Special Summon 1 ”Speed” monster from your hand, except ”Speed Summoner”. You can Tribute this card to select 1 Level 5 or higher monster in your hand. The selected monster can be Normal Summoned without Tributes.

During your opponent's next turn after this card is Summoned, you can remove 1 Speed Counter from this card during either player's turn to double this card's DEF until the End Phase. During your Standby Phase, if there is a Speed Counter on this card, destroy it and take damage equal to it's DEF.

I'm sad to see that there are no Speed Warrior and Speed Archer.

Wow, sir, you just created one of the best Tuners in the game.

Useful support for the whole archetype, but looking at the cards, it's a bit broken.

Hmm, a way more conditional fusion of Negate Attack and Scrap-Iron Scarecrow, which has a cost? Meh.

A Dark Gaia/Malicious Fiend fusion. Seriously, you must make these harder to summon, or add a cost.

It could just go around well unbroken without the last 2 sentences.

Hmm, and this is a lesser Limiter Removal with Speed stuck everywhere in it. Meh, works with the entire set's swarm beatdown strategy.

 

 

Now, the overall set is just about gaining sheer attack power by doubling ATK's and then having cards that take advantage of ATK increment to get more attack power, and continue this process over and over again, or speed up.

 

But this idea is OP'd and BROKEN in this version. You need a cost.

I think you analyzed the term "speed" halfway through. Yes, "going to high speeds" is the case here, but if you hit down, won't you hit harder if you went faster?

So, let's spread Life Point costs everywhere around this archetype. Because more you speed up, the more danger you take. Or you can like, do this: "When this card's effect is activated, put 1 Speed Counter on this card. When this card is destroyed, decrease your Life Points by the number of Speed Counters on this card x(insert number here)." to explain the case. The cards gain speed and momentum as they double their powers, and when they crash, they crash bad. To keep this idea from being usable, you'll also need protection cards, and perhaps cards that increase Life Points. So, this set needs work.

 

If you keep it this way, it will just remain as a broken idea that is not fully harvested.

 

Or you can completely revamp it and make something that revolves around Speed World.

But that's just my opinion.
