Plus, you'll need to have a Deck based on Normal Summoning, since this also locks down Fusion and Ritual Summoning. Yes, you'll kill Synchros, but at the same time, your opponent can stop you from Summoning your best monsters. It's a double-edged sword at best. "Archlord Krista" is a much safer option to side. EDIT 1: What do you call a Synchro Monster with a negative level? EDIT 2: "Gun Dragon" and Dragon support: Effect: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing 1 face-up Dragon-Type monster you control and 1 of “Twin-Barrel Dragon”, “Blowback Dragon”, “Barrel Dragon” or "Gatling Dragon". This card is also treated as a Dragon-Type monster while face-up on the field and in the Graveyard. This card gains ATK equal to the non-Dragon Tributed monster’s Level x 200 and gains that monster’s effect while face-up on the field. Once per turn, you can toss a coin twice. Destroy a number of cards your opponent controls equal to or less than the number of Heads. If this card attacks a monster your opponent controls, you can remove from play the non-Dragon-Type monster Tributed to Summon this card for this card to gain ATK equal to that monster’s ATK, until the End Phase. It's Synchro Summoned with a Tuner and a non-Tuner, who both have negative levels. So, yes it has a negative level, but it is Synchro Summoned. Therefore, I'm at a loss to what to call it. @ Daily: I believe I said that. @ Xazeon: 1. Hello.2. I might start ranting about your HG team. This is a heads-up.3. The cards you have for the first duel (and until you buy boosters) are of a range of Attributes and Types, with no real way to make them work brilliantly. Plus, the monster with the highest ATK is "Gaia Force of Earth" (2600) and highest DEF is "The Creator" (3000) which is very useful I might add. I've bought some booster packs and played around with it, making it more destructive; but with no real strategy... EDIT: Someone's just given me "Cosmo Queen" for beating them(!) Headmaster Monokuma Posted March 24, 2010 Report Share Posted March 24, 2010 Eh, 10 is okay. Like in 09 the starter deck isn't that great. But you get a chance to buy a different deck early on. Plus, it's got all the new decks up to Machina Force, I believe that's where it cuts off. The story is fine, but the CPUs have a way of easily getting the cards they need to screw you over. As for WC09, the 14 boosters I just bought seem to be pushing me towards a DARK/EARTH Warrior-Type Deck, with it's trumps being "The Creator" and "Cosmo Queen"...
