This is the Joke Hack level I was talking about. I've tried to make it as horrible looking as possible. My levels had to have boring autoscroll, icey jumps, and now required savestates. Also, I'm playing Majora's Mask again, and I just can't get through that freaking Stone Tower Temple. If I make a Majora's Mask set, that place will be a Field Spell with an increadably overpowered effect.

@Wham: They could be abused with gemini's as long as the gemini was on the field or in the graveyard. But it was an idea and I thought a pretty good one b/c everyone likes effect monsters but never seemed to like vanilla's, so it's time to have the wrath of VNA monsters, I thought.

@Max:Oh, thats all right, still a good background and it looks good with it. Besides, Winged Dragon of Ra is my fav. card. To bad the remake is Horrible I heard.

@ XzY: The remake is absolutely terrible. Basically, it has ? ATK and DEF like before, but instead of having ATK and DEF equal to the combined powers of its tributes; when the effect version is summoned, you pay Life Points until you have 100 left. The amount paid becomes Ra's ATK and DEF.

 

So, you have a monster with anywhere between 0 and 15900 ATK and DEF with no support and only 100 Life Points left. One direct attacker or burn card will kill you. And since it's no longer immune to card effects, a "Man-Eater Bug" could kill it.

 

It's last effect is quite ironic. You can pay 1000 LP to destroy all monsters your opponent controls. 1000 LP...that you no longer have because of its first effect...yeah...

@ Dark and XzY: For some reason, "Slifer" (or "Osiris" as it should be known) was not released before "Ra", despite being lower in the hierachy.

 

It's interesting. As they make more overpowered Synchro monsters, Konami is now ruining and underpowering all our old favorites.

I can't stand it. I am tired of all of these Synchros. Tomorrow will be a destroying of the synchros.

Yea, it sucks. I was hoping it had Ra mode effect, but it don't I guess the best way to use it is have a direct attack and make it the base card. but it can backfire easily. Or use it in a Life Point gain deck, use its effect once brought out and then use cards to heal your life points quickly. Oh well, it is still horrible, and like DarkMark said, I would like to give them a piece of my mind.

 

@Max: Over where I live, they haven't released slifer at all. Instead, they are putting synchro's in the Shonen Jump magazine, which is terribly annoying. They are going to release it like 5 months at a time, I heard form a friend.

But enough of this. What set of cards would you like to see in the anime, possibly as a plot point? I know I would love to see the "Wicked Gods" compete against the "Majestics" (Perhaps alongside the "Earthbounds").

The Armor cards that Vlaon used. I would watch 5D's just to see those cards used again. I would love to have the armor cards in real life, but sadly they would most likely be nerfed.

@ Dark: If you think about it, the Armor monsters are quite like the "Infinity" cards. They both have cards that Special Summon four of them to fill up your Monster Zones (leaving you a sucker for "Lightning Vortex"...) and can each redirect attacks to certain parts. Perhaps, although unwittingly, Konami have created a spiritual successor to the Armor cards.

 

And another, seperate thing about 5Ds. Hasn't the intro got cheap?! The last one had a lot of CGI and actually looked pretty good. Now it's almost all pretty bad animation (or at least a low quality style) and almost no CGI. It looks horrible.

Toon Synchros...that's actaully a decent idea. Sure, it would ruin the previous toon archetype, but it would open a new door for synchros.

What would be good would be Synchro Gemini monsters, since they could be balanced considering some Gemini effects are as strong as Synchros of the same level. (Although some are particually weak)

When this card destorys a monster as a result of battle add 1 Death Counter to this card.(Max 3) During your Main Phase. you can send 2 cards from your hand to the Graveyard and remove 3 Death Counters from this card to destory all cards on the field except this card than your opponent must send 2 cards from their hand to the Graveyard if they cannot than they send the top 2 cards of their deck to the Graveyard. During the turn you activate this effect you cannot conduct your Battle Phase until your next End Phase.
