"The Dark Emperor" is probably the strongest Structure Deck simply because it focusses so heavily on RFP tactics, which are harder to counter than others like rapid Synchroing and Spell Counter Decks (see "5Ds Starter Deck" and "Spellcaster's Command"). Even meta Decks can be easily unraveled by RFP tactics. "Oh look, you have all 4 'Lightsworn' monsters needed to Summon 'Judgement Dragon'." *Activates Soul Release* "Not any more you don't!" >: ) @ Shadow: Why not? My two of my friends use a Synchro deck, while the other one uses a Machina Force deck. That would work well against either of them. How much did it cost you Max?
