@Max: I agree with everything you said. That's why' date=' since me and my friends don't really play with the ban list in mind (I do more then they do), I am creating a Yata-Garusu lock-down deck. Well, at least trying. I was finally able to get my hands on a Reliquished Ritual spell, so that's going in. That way, if they get a Synchro out before I get Yata, Reliquished can come to the rescue, simce any monster can be used to bring it out, and they take damage if the equiped monster is destroyed. Now if only I had my beloved Toons. Zombies and Toons, my two favorites.

Necro, that's what I thought. I just wasn't sure.

[/quote']

I already have a relinquished!~ Using it is ffuuuuuuuunnn! >3

Anyway, I would like to throw fusion monster into the deck as well, but I need ones that don't mess with my current dueling style, preferably enhancing it instead. I would also need a few splashable cards like Dark Fusion and Dark Cloning. >3

So now I'm training my pokémon as to make myself ready for Red. Beat all 16 gyms' date=' you see.

Current team:

Shade (Gengar)

Hypnosis[b']might want to replace for energy ball to hit red's blastoise for x2[/b]

Focus Blast

Shadow Ball

Destiny Bond

Mephisto (Spiritomb)have you tried sleep talker w/ calm mind

Dark Pulse

Will-O-Wisp

Curse

Rest

Nyx (Honchkrow)seems good but may want mean look wait you probably cant get it because you would have had to get murkrow to lv 41 before evolving. Mean Look is so you can lock your opponent in for perish song until last turn than swap out your honchkrow for someone esle and save it while your opponent faints :P

Dark Pulse

Fly

Protect

Perish Song

Ares (Garchomp) replace dragon rush w/ outrage. Same Power but outrage has more acc.

Dragon Rush

Earthquake

Stone Edge

Double Team (Cheap, I know. At least I'm not using this one online. I don't plan on giving my game-play opponents much of a chance, and they really don't have that when you take into account Sandstorm + Sand Veil + Brightpowder + Double Team. :))

Grimjaw (Feraligatr)looks good i also started with this guy

Earthquake

Ice fang

Crunch

Waterfall

TYRANITAR (Traded) you are going to need rock climb to get to red and thats all so rock climb is kinda stuck there until after red

Crunch

Stone Edge

Earthquake

Rock Climb (Very dumb, I know, but it's only temporary. It hasn't really learnt something worth exchanging it with as of yet, and I don't like having to drag a HM slave around every time I want something done.)

Opinions?

and i beat red 3 days after i got the game with 4 lv 75 pokes(heracross/skarmory(stealth rocker)/Feraligator/Dragonite) 1 lv 80 poke(Sp. Atk Elemental Nidoking) and 1 lv 50 snorlax(because i need a rock climber and he took some hits so i could revive faint pokemon)

overall your team seems pretty good

Well, If any of you get time, I was wondering if you knew of any decks related to the theme sky. Yugioh decks of course. and no black wings involved, just winged-beast monsters. I'm interested in a particular one if it is already made, that deals with Attacking Directly cards, kinda like the term, Flying over, you see. But it has to be winged-beast type.

Simply put it,

No Blackwings

Winged-Beasts

Attacking Directly

is what I am now searching for, any ideas. I would be greatful enough to any of you that would help. thanks.

Welcome, and accepted.

:)

And guys, yesterday I came up with a very epic saying for a Pokémon game champion, and I want to hear your sayings were you to be the champion.

Mine:

Ah, welcome [Trainer name].

I see your bond with Pokémon brought you thus far.

As for myself, Pokémon raised through dedication and trust are the ones I truly value.

Are you ready?

I will show you - the tactics of a true champion!

Ha ha ha!

[Epic music]

Pretty good I suppose. The only problem I currently have is that I didn't finish reloading the dishwasher last night and get it running, so my mom threatened me with the possibility of no Easter dinner if the dishes aren't finished being taken care of before I have to leave. :(

@ Kenta: Accepted.

@ DSD: Murkrow evolves via Dusk Stone, not Level-Up. And Outrage confuses the user after a couple of turns. Dragon Rush and Dragon Claw do not.

@ XzY: There's "Stealth Bird", not direct attack but effect damage. And the only non-"Blackwing" direct attacking Winged Beast monsters are the two "Earthbound Immortal" monsters, "Aslla Piscu" and "Wiraqocha Rasca". What you might want to do is to find the highest-ATK Level 1 Winged Beast and equip it with "Opti-Camoflauge Armour" then use "Gravity Bind" to prevent your opponent's monsters from fighting back, while powering up the equipped monster.

A direct attacker works wonders as a Side strategy in an "Earthbound Immortal" Deck. Simply get one of them onto the field and equip it with "Raregold Armour", locking your opponent's attacking (or in "Chacu Challhua"'s case, simply switch it to face-up Defense Position).

Then summon your Direct Attacker, in my case "Nightmare Horse". Add a couple of equips, like "Mage Power" and "United We Stand", taking it up to (with the Field Spell "Mystic Plasma Zone") 4600 ATK, which is a devastating strike whatever the situation.
