Max Darkness
@ Grasslander: Overpowered at the moment, since it fuels its own effect, allowing it to become a 2200 ATK beatstick every turn. Also, since "Umi" will probably be in effect, you could easily Special Summon "Orca Mega-Fortress of Darkness" or just set up Sea Serpent and Dragon Synchro Summons. @ Lex: A full "Dark Gaia" Deck would have cards designed to bring Spell Cards out of the Deck or from the Graveyard. Also, "Dark Fusion" prevents "Dark Gaia" from being targeted on the turn its Summoned, so "Shrink" and "Sakuretsu Armour" will do nothing. You also need to know that a "D.D." Deck relies very heavily on its low number of monsters and their effects that activate on their demise, since they require much more Spell and Trap support than other builds. As such, they need their monsters to be destroyed on the field to be fully used, so "Das Futurekind's" instant removal of those monsters is a strong blow to the Deck. Alongside that, since the number of monsters in a "D.D." build are rather low, you'll probably never have more than 3 monsters on the field and in your hand total, so RFPing all of them for "Das Futurekind" leaves you in a precarious position if your opponent destroys "Das Futurekind". Master White
@Max: Yea, i know, it was just a wierd card to pull, and was wondering what the he**, why would I use that. Its only worth 99 cents @ the moment. I just was wondering how dumb konami is, but I guess very very dumb. I thought I was going to get a very very unique card this time, but nope, not even a single good card, well other than multiply, but I don't have a kuriboh. ugh. Multiply is a good card, right? Oh, yea, i guess I do have good troi of monsters now, two Flying Fortress -SkyFire's and 3 Summon reacotrs-Sk. Wondering, could you do me a favor and build a TCG format Reactor deck, i'd appreciate it. @Lexadin: Yea, i can see that.
Lexadin
@Max: Arg, you have more arguments then I do. Anyways I still find it OP. And there's nothing that you can say to confince me other wise. I just want to say that this card could become a staple in every beatdown and swarm deck I know. And I'm very shure it would be limited if not banned IRL. Max Darkness
@ Lex: On the original thread, it did come down to the fact it would be Limited. It would become a staple in Mill, RFP and Beatdown Decks. Swarm Decks probably wouldn't use it since it would need to use up the swarm to be summoned, so it wouldn't fit very well with the general strategy. @ XzY: Monsters: Flying Fortress SKYFIRE x 2Summon Reactor SK x 2Trap Reactor YFI x 2Spell Reactor RE x 2Blast SphereBlack Salvo x 2A couple of the "Gun Dragons"Perfect Machine KingDARK Staples ("Breaker the Magical Warrior", "Sangan" etc.)Cyber Dragon Spells: Staples ("Brain Control", "Lightning Vortex", "M.S.T." etc.)Machine Assembly LineAllure of DarknessMachine SupportTrade-InUnited We Stand Traps: Dark Illusion x 2Dark Bribe/Destruction Jammer x 2/3Solemn JudgementHidden SoldiersRaijeki Break/Compulsory Evacuation DeviceStarlight Road Extra Deck: Power Tool DragonStardust DragonChimeratech Fortress Dragon
Lexadin
@Max: Ok, whatever a long as it is limited. @XzY: Hey, there just isn't a lot to do where I am. This was on a old card of mine, but I have no idea how to fix it. Any suggestions?Once per turn, during your Draw Phase, you can discard the drawn card to draw 1 more card. Max Darkness
I don't know if you ever saw this: http://forum.yugiohcardmaker.net/thread-214058.html I'm currently putting the finishing touches to my "D.D. Counterpart" set.
Lexadin
Yeah I think so, but the entire Accel Dark and Dark Accel Synchro thing confuses me, so I didn't commented.
~Kip~
Is this less OP?: Lore: Once per turn, you can Tribute 1 face-up WATER monster on your side of the field. If you do, increase the ATK points of this monster by 300 x the Level of the Tributed monster. Once per turn, you may Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower WATER monster from your hand. Max Darkness
Not really, since it still fuels its own effect and can still reach 1700; which is credible. And it still allows very easy swarming.
~Kip~
a lot of 4 stars have 1700-1900 ATK.
Max Darkness
Yes, but they are either Vanillas, lose ATK through their effect and cannot create an endless "Umi" swarm.
~Kip~
So what would help it? 0 ATK and DEF?
Max Darkness
Remove the Special Summoning effect. That's what makes it overpowered.
DeathSDelano
@Delano: Warima is somewhat UP imo. I can't see a lot of Potential in it.than how you say i make it un UPed?Houniaz is ok.And so is Kakian imo.[/b]ok thanks[/b] Yes' date=' but they are either Vanillas, lose ATK through their effect and cannot create an endless "Umi" swarm.[/quote'] Umm.. i think the SS is ok just add do this: Once per turn, you can Tribute 1 face-up WATER monster on your side of the field. If you do, increase the ATK points of this monster by 300 x the Level of the Tributed monster. Once per turn, you may Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower WATER monster from your hand. Monsters Summoned by this effect cannot be Tributed, Attack, or activate their effects until the End Phase of the turn they were Summoned. Note: OCG may not be prefectWith that it A)takes away the fuel himself ability w/ his own effect. B)using it to get out a higher level monster
Max Darkness
@ Delano: What about Synchro Summoning? Special Summon a Level 4 Tuner and you've got "Stardust"; Special Summon a Level 2 and you have "Goyo Guardian"...the list goes on. And you could just Summon a wall to defend yourself for a few turns. Or a monster with high enough ATK and DEF to survive until the next turn (eg. "Mobius the Frost Monarch" or "Orca Mega-Fortress of Darkness").

DeathSDelano
look at todays current meta there are alot cards that do that cards job but are better ex. Zombie Master, Lumina , etc.If you said SSin other is overpowered all the time than your saying that you can't use real cards that have the same effect but w/o restrictions

Max Darkness
@ Delano: I'm not sure what you're saying in that last part. @ Everyone: I think this card is balanced, since the burn is relatively small, it can't be used for anything else, and once it's destroyed, it's stuck. What do you think? Effect: This card can always be removed from play from the field and returned to the field from the Removed from Play Zone. This card cannot be Special Summoned, except by its own effect. This card cannot attack, be Tributed or used as a Synchro Material monster. When this card is Summoned, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the number of your removed from play monsters x 50. During each of your End Phases, remove this card from play. During your next Standby Phase, Special Summon this card from your Removed from Play Zone in Attack Position. If this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, it cannot be removed from play or returned to the hand or Deck.

Max Darkness
Not a lot, since the different time zones are limiting out activity. I'm arguing with Lex and Delano over two seperate matters and we're all making new cards.
chrid97
Hi Necro. @Max: What kind of matters?
Max Darkness
@ Chrid: Card overpoweredness. I'm trying to rationalise my "Das Futurekind" while trying to show that Grasslander's card is overpowered.
