Effect:This card cannot be special summoned. This card cannot be normal summoned except by tributing a warrior-type monster that has destroyed 3 monsters in battle. When this card would destroy a monster in battle, place one "Punisher Counter" on the monster when 3 Punisher counters are on any monster on the field, destroy it and inflict damage to it's controller equal to it's original ATK. A monster with a Punisher on it cannot attack or change it's battle position. When this card id destroyed and sent to the Graveyard remove all Punisher Counters from the field.
