Again this might be a new idea or not....[spoiler=Card Lore]This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except during your opponent's Battle Phase when you take 1500 damage to your Life Points. Once per turn, you can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower Tuner monster from your Deck. You can only activate this cards effect when you take 1000 or less damage to your Life Points.
