So, you can take a Spell or Trap card from your opponent's Graveyard...that means that you can use it during the duel. It's a nice effect when your opponent has powerful spell/trap cards...but there is something that bothers me.

What if you add a Monster Reborn to your hand, while you have another Monster Reborn in your hand. That makes two...and Monster Reborn is a limited card, you can only have one in your deck.

Now you have two opportunities to Special Summon a monster from the Graveyard. I think you should alter this effect. Limited cards like Dark Hole, Monster Reborn, Change of Heart etc should be excluded if you already have one in your hand or on the field.

The pic looks reasonably well.

All FIRE monsters you control gain (not gains) ;)

OCG fix: When this card is Normal Summoned add 1 Spell or Trap Card from your opponent's Graveyard to your hand. All FIRE monsters you control gain 500 ATK and DEF.

Pretty good artwork,tho bit unclear - you should fix that.

OCG is okay,fix'd it some.

Effect is okay,maybe if you lowered the ATK to let's say 1800/1900 because if all FIRE monsters gain 500 ATK that would mean he gets 2500 when his orig. ATK is 2000.

8/10

It's actually banned. But even if it was a limited card, you wouldn't be allowed in the duel to select that card whilst having 1 in your hand. The only predicament that would happen there is if it was randomly selected.

@Chris Francis.

Oh, I thought that it was a limited card. Forbidden = banned, right? Or is there a difference between them?.

@Arceus:

Loads? :P Just once when the monster is summoned. To prevent someone from having three Nightmare Angels in his/her deck, it should be either banned or become limited :P
