Phanax Leminer
This monster was an inspiration I created based on the powers of a fictional monster that bears the same name. Tezarai's power is similar to the ones of Ch'utluan; when you dare to see his eyes, you'll become insane and mad. I like it too, since he's a guardian of a the protagonist/antagonist of the story; a mad high priestess. Tezarai, the Mad Crow LORE:This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned, except if you Tribute 1 Level 4 or lower DARK monster and 1 Level 5 or higher DARK monster you control. This monster cannot declare an attack. Once per turn, this card can move to an unoccupied Monster Card Zone. If a monster your opponent controls is in the same column as this card, you can destroy that monster. When this card is attacked by a monster that's not in the same column as this card, you can remove from play 2 Spell or Trap Cards from your Graveyard to negate the attack. P.S: I'm not sure for the OCG of this one, since it's involded mainly on column and zone, please tell me if I need to change something.
Catman25
Ocg looks good, as well as pic. But it seems underpowered imo, unless there are some strategies I'm missing here.
Bengal
Good card, the name and image is nice, the OCG seems fine, and the effect is interesting. The third sentence is kind of confusing though, are you trying to say: "If your opponent controls a monster in the same column as this card, you can destroy that monster." ...? If so, I think it is bordering on overpoweredness, but the Summoning conditions and negative effect seems to balance it out. 9/
Catman25
^ That's why I thought it'd be u'ped, with the atk restriction and destroying itself.
Bengal
Yeah, if it really does mean to destroy itself then it would be underpowered. ...but what would be the point of that?
Lexadin
Besides the selfdestroying effect, It looks great to me a 9/
