Then, Special Summon it to the field during your next Draw Phase. This card gains Atk and Def points equal to all monsters in your Graveyard x200. This card cannot attack unless there are 2 face-up DARK-type Dragon monsters on the field.

When this card is Normal Summoned, Special Summon "Demon Dragon Reytru Egniha" to your side of the field unless "Demon Dragon Reytru Egniha" is already on your side of the field. If so, Special Summon "Demon God Arkyu Urnaghu" to your side of the field, ignoring Summoning Conditions.

1500 atk is still too low for lv8 even with the 2500 def, I'd made its atk at least at the 2400 mark

I think at that point, it gets a little overpowered, It's like summoning two Red-Eyes Black Dragons in one turn

perhaps, then maybe just raise the atk to 2000ish?
