Emperor War
Cyber Beast Dragon: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play all "Machine World" monsters from your Graveyard. The original ATK and DEF of this card is equal to the remove from play "Machine World" monsters x 800 by this card effect. Once per turn you can return 1 remove from play "Machine World" monster to the owners Graveyard and destroy 1 card on the field, if you do, skip your Battle Phase. I hope you like this concept. AbbatonStrikes
City Turtle- Need to lower its ATK points and maybe its DEF points effect needs to be lowered as you can summon Destroy Borg and then with its effect you can have far too many monsters on the field far to quickly with no draw back that I can see. Nice effect for Cyber Beast Dragon, like it alot balanced and cool pic looks like the machine thing from The Matrix that moves the body pods about lol. Some nice simple useful effects. Would like to see more of these cards with longer effects, cool pics too 9/10 also its control no e on the end, but I wont tell no one you did it shhhh ;-)

Emperor War
I have edit Machine World - Destroy Borg, I have give him 2100 DEF instead of 1500 DEF. So Machine World - City Turtle cant Special Summon him.
