Keep in mind that this is for the September 2009 Advanced Format, not the current one (March 2009).

Toon Table is there for deck thinning and spell counters for Skilled DM. Toon Table searches itself and TGE. Using Skilled DM with it gives you 3 counters for instant DM. Allure is Draw Power. Magician's Circle summons DMG for Sage's Stone. Magical Dimension is for DM summoning as well. DMA and T-Knives are DM support. The rest should be obvious.
