Good card, the image is pretty nice, the OCG is fine, and the effect is just barely balanced.

 

The last effect doesn't really fit the rest of the card though.

Who cares what the rest are it's called being "unique".

for the last effect I'd change it to something like when this card destroys a monster in battle, you can add any zombie monster from your deck or graveyard to your hand

All it does is give you LP, remove 3 of your monsters, and gain attack. It's really only used when you get a really good oppurtunity to attack, which don't come as often as they used to. It's a pretty simple effect. Try using one that's a little more unique, and slightly complicated.

 

The pic matches the card name well, but I've seen the same girl in many positions in different card. She is probably from a not very well known anime of some sort.

 

It has very good OCG, and that obviously isn't a problem in this card.

 

I believe I've covered everything. The OCG is very good, the pic matches the card theme very well, however the common and bland effect really brings it down. Try using something that relates to a Vampire a little more. Like whenever it destroys a monster, increase your Life Points by the half the ATK of the destroyed monster or something.
