Time Master

notice the caps, although, I fail to recognize what exactly being a time master has to do with it's effect.

 

Effect should read as follows.

 

This card cannot be Special Summoned. Once per turn, you can discard 1 WIND monster to return all Spell or Trap card on the field to their owner's hand. If your opponent controls no Spell or Traps cards, this card can attack your opponent's Life Points directly.

 

Overall, it's a tad OP'd

I suggest cutting the ATK by 200 and the Level by 1. And maybe finding a better name, pic needs work to.

Eh, it seems more like a Wind Masters effect, using wind to blow cards away. A time master seems like they would move the turn count/effect phases, "Age" monsters (increase/decrease ATK and DEF) and/or send cards into future (remove from play for 1-2 turns).

But that's just my 2 cents.
