This is my Lone Fighter set. You can only have 1 monster on your side of the field, but their stats and effects make up for it. I have more, but I wanted to just post these first.

 

MONSTERS

 

"Lone Fighter Apprentice"

Light/ Warrior/ Level 4

ATK 1800/ DEF 1500

Effect: If there are any other Monsters, other than this card, on your side of the field (excluding tokens), destroy this card. This card can be Special Summoned from your hand or Graveyard by sending 1 card on your side of the field to the Graveyard.

 

 

"Lone Fighter Zombie"

Dark/ Zombie/ Level 5

ATK 2100/ DEF 0

Effect: If there are any other Monsters, other than this card, on your side of the field (excluding tokens), destroy this card. You can Special Summon this card from your hand or Graveyard by tributing 1 monster on your side of the field. Increase this card's ATK by 200 for every "Lone Fighter" monster in your Graveyard.

 

 

"Lone Fighter - Blossom"

Earth/ Warrior/ Level 5

ATK 2400/ DEF 2000

Effect: If there are any other Monsters, other than this card, on your side of the field (excluding tokens), destroy this card. Once per turn, during your Main Phase, Special Summon 1 "Lone Token" (Warrior-Type/LIGHT/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF 0) in Defense Position. This card can be Special Summoned by tributing 1 monster on your side of the field or by sending one card from your hand to the Graveyard.

 

 

"Lone Fighter Spirit"

Light/ Fairy/ Level 1

ATK 0/ DEF 0

Effect: If there are any other Monsters, other than this card, on your side of the field (excluding tokens), destroy this card. This card cannot be destroyed by battle. (Damage calculation is applied normally.) During each of your Standby Phases, Special Summon 1 "Lone Token" (Warrior-Type/LIGHT/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF 0) in Defense Position. You can Special Summon this card by tributing 1 monster on your side of the field.

 

 

"Lone Fighter - B.O.M.B."

Fire/ Warrior/ Level 5

ATK 2500/ DEF 1500

Effect: If there are any other Monsters, other than this card, on your side of the field (excluding tokens), destroy this card. You can Special Summon this card by tributing 1 monster on your side of the field. When this card is destroyed, destroy all cards on the field.

 

 

"Lone Fighter - The Archer"

Wind/ Warrior/ Level 5

ATK 2300/ DEF 1500

Effect: If there are any other Monsters, other than this card, on your side of the field (excluding tokens), destroy this card. You can Special

Summon this card by tributing 1 monster on your side of the field. You can discard 1 card from your hand to send one card from your opponent's hand to the Graveyard.

 

 

"Lone Fighter - The Blocker"

Earth/ Warrior/ Level 6

ATK 200/ DEF 2800

Effect: If there are any other Monsters, other than this card, on your side of the field (excluding tokens), destroy this card. You can Special Summon this card by tributing 1 monster on your side of the field. Once per turn, when this card would be destroyed by battle, it is not destroyed. When this card is destroyed, Special Summon as many "Lone Tokens" (Warrior-Type/LIGHT/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF 0) in Defense Position as possible.

 

 

"Lone Fighter - The Scythe"

Dark/ Warrior/ Level 6

ATK 2800/ DEF 200

Effect: If there are any other Monsters, other than this card, on your side of the field (excluding tokens), destroy this card. This card can be Special Summoned by sending 1 card on your side of the field to the Graveyard. When this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle, you can destroy 1 card on the field.

 

 

"Lone Fighter - The Traveller"

Light/ Warrior/ Level 3

ATK 1800/ DEF 1800

Effect: If there are any other Monsters, other than this card, on your side of the field (excluding tokens), destroy this card. When a monster on your side of the field is destroyed, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. When this card is destroyed, Special Summon 1 Level 6 or lower "Lone Fighter" monster from your Deck or Graveyard.

 

 

"Lone Fighter Saboteur"

Dark/ Warrior/ Level 4

ATK 1700/ DEF 0

Effect: If there are any other Monsters, other than this card, on your side of the field (excluding tokens), destroy this card. When this card is destroyed, inflict damage equal to this card's original ATK to the controller of this card. This card can be Special Summoned to your opponent's side of the field.

 

 

"Lone Fighter Samurai"

Light/ Warrior/ Level 6

ATK 2500/ DEF 2000

Effect: If there are any other Monsters, other than this card, on your side of the field (excluding tokens), destroy this card. If this card attacks a face-down Defense Position monster, destroy it immediately without flipping it. This card can be Special Summoned if there are no monsters (excluding tokens) on your side of the field.

 

 

SPELLS

 

"Lone Calling"

Normal Spell

Effect: Add 1 Level 6 or lower "Lone Fighter" monster from your Deck to your hand. Then shuffle your Deck.

 

 

"Lone Draw"

Normal Spell

Effect: Activate only when you have a "Lone Fighter" monster on your side of the field. Draw 1 card.

 

 

"Lone Explosion"

Quick-Play Spell

Effect: When 1 or more "Lone Fighter" monster is destroyed by a card effect, you can activate this card. Inflict damage equal to 1000x the number of "Lone Fighter" monsters destroyed to your opponent's Life Points.

 

 

"Lone Sacrifice"

Normal Spell

Effect: Tribute 1 "Lone Fighter" monster on your side of the field to draw 2 cards.

 

 

"Lone Gathering"

Continuous Spell

Effect: Each time a "Lone Fighter" monster is Summoned to your side of the field, place 1 "Lone Counter" on this card. (max 5.) You can send this card from your field to the Graveyard during your Main Phase to draw cards equal to the number of "Lone Counters" on this card.

 

 

"Lone Summoning"

Continuous Spell

Effect: During your turn if there are no monsters on your side of the field, you can Special Summon 1 "Lone Fighter" monster from your hand. You can only use this effect once per turn.

 

 

"Lone Spirit Gathering"

Continuous Spell

Effect: During each of your Standby Phases, Special Summon 1 "Lone Token" (Warrior-Type/LIGHT/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF 0) in Defense Position.

 

 

"Lone Gathering Grounds"

Field Spell

Effect: While this card remains face-up on your side of the field, negate the effects of "Lone Fighter" monsters you control that destroy themselves.

Didn't have time to read all of the cards, but I have a suggestion if you haven't thought of them already (read up until Blossom):

 

-This archetype can easily be ruined by Ojama Trio, or, in general, something that forcefully summons something on your side of the field. Perhaps you should do something to remedy this?

I already did. The card effect says that the cards aren't destroyed by tokens on the user's side of the field. Ojama Trio summons tokens, not monsters.

I already did. The card effect says that the cards aren't destroyed by tokens on the user's side of the field. Ojama Trio summons tokens, not monsters.

My bad (this is what happens when you're up at 3:00 am). Well, the set looks pretty interesting so far. I'll look at it a bit more later.

Also what's the point of Lone Tokens? They don't seem to do much of anything...

 

Overall though, I personally don't like the gimmick since it goes against swarming, but doesn't reward not swarming in any decent way, but that's just me.

 

Also, what happens when you have a Lone Fighter, and then (try to) summon another Lone Fighter?

 

Spirit seems like a worse version of Marshmallon, minus the whole "token" thing (though considering the tokens don't

do much, it's a pretty even trade off in my opinion.) You should probably do a lot more with Lone Tokens.

 

Also, Lone Gathering Ground + Lone Fighter Apprentice + Lone Fighter Zombie + Soul-Absorbing Bone Tower + Just about any card = A moderately consistent 5 card FTK. (You can also sub out appropriate cards with Terraforming, RoTA, Lone Calling, and Foolish Burial)

Yes, I meant from the hand.

 

Lone Tokens are there to provide defense when a Lone Fighter is destroyed. Since you can have only 1 monster, all your opponent has to do is destroy it to do some major damage, but the Lone Tokens can stay on the field and at least provide a little protection if this does happen. Also, they can be used as tributes (which is really good when Gathering Ground hits the field).

 

It's not really a swarm deck (Unless your using Gathering Grounds). It's a toolbox deck, where you can switch out monsters in order to control what's going on on the field.

 

If you already have one Lone Fighter and then try to summon another while the other is still on the field, they are both destroyed since they are on the field at the same time.

 

Spirit is just another card for Tokens, since they are pretty important to this deck. Also, I figured that I would need a monster that could constantly dish out tokens without being able to get killed easily.

 

I didn't even think of that combo. I guess I'm going to have to change Gathering Grounds a little.
