Good effect but very specific and very hard to get out

Return 1 "Light and Darkness Dragon" you control to your Deck and Special Summon 1 LIGHT and 1 DARK Monster from your Graveyard. During your End Phase, the ATK and DEF of the Special Summoned monsters by this card effect becomes 1500. During this turn End Phase, discard 2 cards from your hand.

 

Effect: I find the effect kinda useless, because you have to summon 1 LIGHT and 1 DARK monster yes, but the ATK and DEF can decreased or increased depending on the original ATK and DEF of the monster. But it's mostly overpowered, since the Special Summoned monsters can have effects very strong and change the course of the game way to easily. Finally, you could try to use the effect of the card, but the effect of Light and Darkness Dragon can negated if the player use it. Plus, I doubt that Light and Darkness Dragon would survived with the max of its ATK and DEF decreased.

Name and Image: I don't see the "release" on the pic. Maybe seeing two monsters separated from a single form would work, but what I see are two dragons looking at each others.
