Nobody said Ra was overpowered, everybody is saying that Ra is underpowered. Meaning Ra is too weak. Same actually goes for Slifer who is also underpowered. The TOTAL max for Ra is 6100 ATK, but probably then you lose the next turn as you cards are up. An God-card should be above the 3500 á 4000 ATK with total eas. Ra needs a lot of cards in the graveyard to let that happen. Now if you made it 300 for each card in the graveyard, then it would be better I guess.

Then it's really God-worthy :).

The cards are god cards for a reason. They are the ultimate Yu-Gi-Oh cards.

Your modified cards are an okay attempt.

The wording is off significantly,

The effects suffer massively.

Images are nice touches, but it takes away from the fierocity of the gods that the original images gave.

You gave Ra an effect as a normal monster.

Yeah, the effects are too underpowered for a God card. Here are the original effects:

Slifer:

This monster requires 3 Tributes to summon (treated as a Special Summon). The ATK and DEF of this card is X000, where X is the number of cards in your hand. Whenever an opponent summons or Special Summons a monster to the field face-up in Attack or Defense Position, that monster's ATK or DEF respectively is decreased by 2000 points. (If this reduces the ATK or DEF to 0, the monster is destroyed.)

Obelisk:

This monster requires 3 Tributes to be summoned (treated as a Special Summon). Tribute 2 monsters: Destroy all of your opponent's monsters on the field, and inflict 4000 points of Direct Damage to your opponent's Life Points.

Ra:

This monster requires 3 Tributes to summon (treated as a Special Summon). The Winged Dragon of Ra's ATK and DEF are equal to the total ATK and DEF of all 3 monsters Tributed to summon it. Reduce your Life Points by 1000 to destroy any monster on the field. Pay any amount of Life Points and increase "The Winged Dragon of Ra's" ATK and DEF by the amount of Life Points paid.

As you can see, it's obvious why these cards were made illegal in the TCG. The effects of your cards could be somewhat like "watered down" versions of the originals, similar to the Wicked God cards.

this is totally OP... srry. :P

btw, are you trying to make the card OCG? if you are, then get rid of the idea about the blue for obelisk and the yellow for Ra, those are only if you're trying to preserve the "legendaryness" or whatever of the cards... making them look cool and making them realistic are 2 different things.
