effect:

1 Tuner + 2 or more non-Tuner monsters.

This card gains 1000 ATK for each Tuner Monster in your Graveyard. Once per turn, you can negate and destroy 1 Spell or Trap Card your opponent controlls by removing a Tuner Monster from your graveyard from play. Once per turn, You can discard a Tuner Monster to your Graveyard, to decrease the ATK of monster on the field by half.

 

effect:

The original ATK and DEF of this card is the sum of the ATK of the Synchro Material Monsters used to Synchro Summon it. Once per turn, You can tribute this card to destroy all card on your opponent side of the field. Durring your End Phase of a turn you thit not declear an attack with this card, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the original ATK of 1 of the monsters used to Synchro Summon this card.

OCG needs a little change, but apart from that, these cards are good and they seem balanced.
