The effect seems balanced, and it is a pretty versatile card.

i like the card. just 1 question tho. when the monster's atk gets halved due to the first effect, is that for the remainder of it being on the field or just for the turn?

Very basic effect yet amazing card in its own way..... Image is great and it really fits the title of the card...... however it is a slob looking Hippo haha....

OCG = 3

others = 0

 

total = 10/10 Perfect in its own way.. ^^

 

I will use this card if it was real ^^ and in my understanding its 1st effect is not condemned by "Once per turn" so that effect could be used multiple in a turn am i correct?

Yeah, but you risk, it becomes easier to destroy, but then again you could incorporate that into strategy. ;)
