Lore: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by offering 1 "Black Luster Soldier" on your side of the field as a tribute. Once per turn, during your Main Phase 1, you may remove 1 Warrior-Type monster in your Graveyard from play to destroy 1 face-up monster your opponent controls. If you use this effect, this card cannot declare an attack during your Battle Phase. During your Standby-Phase, if there are no Warrior-Type monsters in your Graveyard, destroy this card.

Rates? Hates? Fixes? All Welcome.

Yes, it is powerful, but it takes a while to get him out, first you need to Ritual summon Black Luster Soldier, and that in itself is hard if you dont draw the right cards. Second he doesnt get to attack if you use his effect, so you have a choice, attack, or mearly nuke 1 monster on your opponent's side of the field. Not to mention, if you have no Warriors in your grave he gets a one way trip to the Graveyard.

Anyways, thanks for the feed back

Yes, it does seem OP'ed, very much so, but if you think about it, by removing the Warrior's in your Graveyard, this card loses its power boost. So hence the dilema, Nuke a monster and lower this card's attack? Or attack with a really big monster, but risk it running into a trap.

Thanks for the feed back

Nah, i think this card isnt op'ed at all, like that dude said, you have to ritual summon bls, which could easily be trap holed or fissured, so yea

9.7/10

It dependes of the number of Warrior monsters in your Graveyard, also is not that hard to summon a Black Luster Soldier [PS: He is a warrior, so you must send him to the Graveyard to SS this card, thus, giving him more 400 ATK and more 400 ATK because he is a Warrior too.

I agree with Zeaux. the ATk increase is a lil op'd. even with only bls inyour grave hes almost 4000 and only needs bls to get out. theres plenty of cards to deal with your opponent's back forces (spell/trap) so hes pretty safe to attack.

oh that reminds me. you put ATK in the card when it should have been written out at "attack". it was where you said "cannot declare an ATK"
