Naruto: Beginning Anew (started but accepting) [PG-13]

Okay, this may sound like the Naruto: Awakening of Lost Powers RP since it starts before Naruto. I just have a similar plot.

A group of ninjas plan to create 5 Great Nations that will control 5 sections of the Ninja World. The first, was in a dense forest where a clearing is sighted in the middle of the forest. They name this future nation, Village Hidden in the Ivy.

Jutsu Element: Combines Wind Element and Water Element to make Ice.

Kekkai Genkai: There are 3 stages to his Kekkai Genkai.

Stage 1-Can freeze his bones and force them out like Kimimaru and keep a icicle in place of the bone. These bone-cicles are even harder than Kimimaru's bones.

Stage 2-Can pour out charka from his hands and then manipulate it and freeze the chakra at any moment. At the same time the air becomes even colder and since he's pratically frozen, he can evaporate into the very cold air.

Stage 3-Similar to Hidan's move, he gets a sample of blood on one of his frozen bones then stabs himself with it. He then turns into an ice beast and can even freeze the chakra inside someone else's body.

Taru cannot be killed because of this move but this move drains nearly all of his chakra.

Wears a dark blue jacket unzippped. Has blue eyes and the same shoes as Naruto. Wears special pants that is the same color of his jacket.

Other Info: He is the true creator of the Curse Mark (Juugo was the one who was able to spread it to other people). He also cannot die, but everytime he's supposed to die (like when he uses his final stage of Kekkai Genkai), he'll be stuck in a state of half-death where he cannot move or speak but can transmit thoughts telepathicly. Every time he enters this state, he stays like that for 1 week.

~Shougeki Kemuri~ (Impact Smoke)

Description: It's a concentraited form of smoke chakra about the same size as a soccer ball. It explodes but not with fire, but sheer force. A ball of smoke is easily created in one of the hands, it looks much like Rasengan though instead of appearing to be swirling smoke chakra radiates from the palm of the hand to the other side of the sphere in rythmatic bursts. it is mildly difficult to create. When he uses both hands to mold the chakra this speeds up the process making it a bit easier and faster to create. The smoke is powerful enough to destroy a whole building.

 

~Kemuri Boka no Jutsu~ (Leech All Creation)

Description: The following techniqe is Boka no Jutsu, Boka no Jutsu allows the user to pass through solid objects. Kemuri Boka no Jutsu is the same only it's recreated so that you break down into smoke before you pass through said object. Like through walls and such.

 

~Kemuri Karada Burikka-Tekunikku~ (Smoke Body-Flicker Technique)

Description: This technique lets the user fling them self to another location quickly while in the state of smoke. They also have the option to send separate parts of there body with this. Once smoke is emitted you can move freely within the smoke as if a feather flying through air. (Use only when Kekkei Genkai is activated.)

You could combine Fire and Water to make smoke. If that was your original idea then please state.

Kekkei-Genkai Senbonzakura Kageyoshi (Vibrant Display Of A Thousand Cherry Blossoms) - To activate it, Byakuya needs to drop his Sword straight down. The Sword phases into the ground, as though it were a pool pf Water. Energy ripples expand out, turning the surrounding area dark, and within seconds two rows of Giant Blades rise up from the ground. These Giant Blades then explode, and Scatter into a Near-Infinite number of Tiny Blossom Leaf-Shaped Blades. The number of blades is great enough that Byakuya can use them for defense as well as offense at the same time. He commonly forms them into large masses, designed to obliterate Opponents instantaneously. Byakuya's defensive use allows him to cover himself entirely in these Tiny Blossom Leaf-Shaped Blades, and form a Body Shield. He is able to Mentally Control all the Blades.

Rank Master

Extra Byakuya has special Jutsu that can ONLY be used while Kekkai-Genkai is in use, such as "Blossom Style: Blossom Barrage". He rarely has to use his Kekkei-Genkai and the Jutsu due it his swordsman ship skill.

The day begins. The sun rises, the leaves dance in the wind, and Taru emerges from his Icicle House and then shivers at the sharp change of temperature. Taru heads over to Kai Shimizu's house to ask him about selecting a leader.

 

"Hey, Kai! Rise and shine! Say, I was thinking last night, and I think we should choose a definite leader among us. To lead us, to inspire us, and to help us. What do ya say?" asked Taru.
