i would say:

 

-3 Book of Moon

+3 Enemy Controllers

 

Reason being that Enemy Controller really isn't that much worse then Book of Moon and Enemy Controller gives you the chance to use those tokens from Rockstone Warrior.

Hm.. I like the idea of using E-Con for the synergy with the tokens, but overall Book of Moon is more versatile as it can stop synchro summons or put something like Stardust face down so it won't negate my Fissure. I might try 1-2 copies to see how they run though =)

Ugh crap, I read Rockstone Warrior again and you only get the tokens when it attacks so its rubbish. Why would they do that?

 

Anyways, I need to know good replacements for it.

Lolz can't believe that i missed that also xD. Well i guess you can remove one Rockstone Warrior and add in an other Legendary, then just keep the other Rockstones in it seeing as his effect is that bad (like when you up against blackwing or decks with honest or just suicide) and with that said i'd forget about the enemy controllers ^^. Because i can't think of another good rock monster exept Gigantes but he'll kill your backrow :\.
