This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing 1 "Rotom" monster that you control or by the effect of "Secret Key." When this card is Special Summoned add 5 Wash Counters to this card (max. 10). You can remove any number of Wash Counters to activate 1 of the following effects.--Remove 2 Wash Counters from this card. Select 1 FIRE monster on your opponent's side of the field. Decrease the ATK of the selected monster by 1000.--Remove 1 Wash Counter from this card. Increase the ATK of this card by 2500 until your opponent's next End Phase.--Remove 5 Wash Counters from this card. Destroy all FIRE or Pyro-Type monsters on the field.
