Here's the rundown of the combo:

Field: Black Garden, Timeater, Iron Wall

Hand: Great Long Nose

Graveyard: Plaguespreader Zombie

At the beginning of the turn, you draw a card. Activate Plaguespreader and place that 1 card onto your deck. Your opponent gets a Rose token. Tribute Plaguespreader for GLN. Your opponent gets another Token. Attack both tokens with Timeater and GLN. At end of turn, GLN returns to the hand, where he'll need to be next turn.

Your opponent's turn goes Draw phase, Standby Phase, and End Phase. Since they skippped the Battle Phase, they can't go to Main Phase 2, if the ruling works like that. Your opponent can only activate Quick-Play Spells.

Next turn, the combo repeats. It works best if Timeater was summoned before Black Garden was activated since you'll deal more damage, but it isn't necessary.

How about using Invader of Darkness in the deck to stop your opponent's Quick-Play Spells? It would be a tight squeeze fitting it into the deck, but it could work.
