personally i'd change the order in which you say this

"removing 1 or more monster(s) whose name includes "Penguin" in your Graveyard from play"

it just seems to flow a little better

but other than that i'd say that this a quality card

It was Viva la Catman that posted a card with the same pic but not the same name.

 

Quite a lot of the time, you tend to say "This monster..... "etc, but it should be "This card"

 

The effect looks balanced.

That is actually incorrect' date=' you are changing new OCG into old OCG. I will fix the OCG for you Maliki, you have a few errors.

 

This [b']card[/b] cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned from your hand or Deck by removing from play 1 or more "Penguin" monsters from the Graveyard.This card can attack directly. After Damage Calculation, your opponent can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower monster from their Graveyard in face-up Defense Position.

 

Really good effect, pic is good too! PENGUINS RULE!!!!
