Yeah, I saw that when I went to the HELP forum...I tried to both minimize the text (to keep it readable) and still make the effects understandable...Since you gave me a high EIGHT - I think I somewhat succeded in that.When (if?) You should make it to summon "up to 3 "Magic Knight" monsters with different names", in my opinion. 6/10Mashins - again, too simple and similar effects. 5/10Honou no Ya - the last effect should be changed to detroy up to 2 Spell or Trap Cards. 6.5/10Akai Inazuma - seems fine with me, somewhat simple, but a burn deck could make it useful. 7.5/10Aoi Tatsumaki - That last effect seems a bit overpowered (as the Hanshins are not that hard to pull out). 6/10Mizo no Ryu - Discarding the whole hand of the opponent? It's very overpowered, no matter what... - 4/10Koori no Yaiba - Seems okay, but I have the feeling that there are a bit too many effect damage cards in the concept... - 7.5/10Midori no Shippu - Like the previous card, but with lower damage but skips 2 Battle Phases? Hm... - 5.5/10Inashime no Kaze - Very overpowered. (you know, Time Seal - which skips the next Draw Phase of your opponent, and a Trap Card,not even a Spell Card - is forbidden. And your card is even more powerful than that...)Mamori no Kaze - a temporary boost, simple but can be useful. 7/10Iyashi no Kaze - a simple heal effect. 6/10Hikari no Raze - impractical and overpowered. Magic Knight of Fire/Wind/Water - I'm okay with these. Swarming effect for a Life Point cost, after all... 7.5/10Princess Emeraude's Prayer - Considering the Life Point cost, it seems like a reasonable card. 7/10Friendship of Magic Knights - make it "While you control 3 "Magic Knight" or "Manshin" monsters with different names..." 6.5/10 (if you change it, 7.5/10)Support of Magic Knights - doubling is a bit too much. As even the Magic Knights getting doubled have 3000 ATK, and that's not even mentioning the Manshins... 5.5/10Mokona - wow, that's some nifty effect, I like it! Creative using of Spirit monsters. 8.5/10Guru Clef - too easy card advantage. Maybe make it "During your Draw Phase, instead of drawing a card, you can add 1 "Magic Knight of Fire", "Magic Knight of Wind" or "Magic Knight of Water" from your Deck to your hand. 6/10 (if changed, 7/10)Kakuen Boujo - Simple DEF increaseing effect. Nothing more to say here. 5/10Inazuma Shourai - the same effect as "Just Desserts", but with a Spell Card. Hm... 5/10Seiyuu Raikai - make it return up to 2 monsters your opponent controls, otherwise it's a bit overpowered. 5.5/10 (7.5/10 if you change it)Seiyuu Shoukan - That's pretty interesting, but I'm afraid it's very hard to balance ... 8/10 for the idea.Mahou Denshou - "The A. Forces" has a similar effect. 5/10Cephiro - a slow but stable effect. Amusing! 7.5/10Ferio - simple effect, not much usability. 5.5/10Lafarga - simple effect, but at least somewhat usable. 6/10Presea , Escudo Armor - somewhat problematic to pull that out. Escudo Armor's effect is interesting, though. 6/10 for Presea, 7/10 for Escudo Armor.Ascot, Majyuu Shoukan - Just with the other random Summoning card, very hard to balance out, but the idea is quite interesting. 8/10Caldina - Take control of three units? If the one unit controller "Change of Heart" is Forbidden, what you think what would happen with that card ...Hikari - Similar to Ferio, not that much to talk. 5.5/10 I have to say, while I find the idea of making cards based on this series good, but these need heavy reworking. The "different names" point is useless since I meant to restrict ALL my cards to only ONE per DECK. (I did call it a DECK rather than a SET.)Mashins - simple doesn't make it less useful.(Comment on Magics - you need a SPECIFIC monster to pull them out! I don't think the effects should be weak. I don't have ANY cards that let me DRAW. Also I TRIED to make them somewhat fit the Anime effects.)Honou no Ya - see Comment on Magic.Akai Inazuma - ok.Aoi Tatsumaki - see CoM.Mizu no Ryu - see CoM.Koori no Yaiba - well, it's MKR based. And there aren't SO many damage cards...Midori no Shippu - see CoM.Inashime no Kaze - see CoM. One last point - there are only 16 monsters in my deck.But the number of stand-alones with ATK >= 1000 is only 7!!!I can have a full hand of Magics - but I won't be able to USE them if I don't have MONSTERS...So my deck is far from being overpowered - unless I'm heavily helped by the Spirit of Cards... :D :D :D Once again - thanks for the review.Please, tell me what do you think about my cards after this post. And my ratings are admittedly not perfect, I am aware of that.I understand that you tried to make it with the idea of "the players will use the Deck in exactly the same way as I planned to", but sooner or later, someone will definitely try to come up with the best combination. And making them all Limited on their own is... well, interesting.For the simple cards, I actually expected somewhat more unique effects (like the Magic Knights or the Mashins). Granted, a simple beatstick can be useful, too, but for me, creativity is just as important.For the magics - granted, you need to have 1 particular monster for them, but considering they are not that hard to pull out, according to the actual gameplay, some of them are still a bit edgy in terms of balance - especially Imashime no Kaze (even with the minor Life Point cost).For Mokona - well, it's indeed a good card... but I actually rarely give very high scores. For a simple effect, it's indeed creative, though. :)Lafarga - a double attacker is not as much of a problem as a card which grants major card advantage to you or major card disadvantage to your opponent. Maybe 1800 is a bit high (1650 or 1700 would do fine)... but that's still not as problematic as some of the spells) My opinion is that the way you are meant to make them played they can be balanced, but I'm pretty sure the players would try to twist their possibilities (not to mention parts of the decks could work well in FIRE / WATER / WIND decks). I do agree that the Magic Knights and Mashins could have had personal effects - but still not nessesarily so!I was really going for the Anime to make them use Magics rather than personal effects. :D Now back to misusing the cards.The ONLY cards that could be used in a separate deck are:Magic Knights - obviously they're totally stand-alones;Pillar - as an impenetrable defense (but useless in offense);Clef - as a medium strength "normal" monster;Cephiro - as a cool field booster;Ferio - same as Clef;Lafarga - somewhat stronger than Clef;Presea - as a weak "normal" monster;Ascot - same as Presea;Caldina - OK, THIS one is a great stand-alone;Hikari - same as Presea. But you CAN'T make use of:Mashins - can't even summon them otherwise if I worded the effect right;ALL Magics - again, totally relying on having the RIGHT monster on the field;Magic Knight of... - just summons Magic Knights;Prayer / Friendship / Support - same as above;Mokona - useless without Magic Knights;Escudo - same as Magics.
