that means as soon as you attack them with this monster there's no way they can win

OCG needs a lot of change, effect too.

Skipping a whole turn is way too OP, it wouldn't be fair.

Not bad, I like the image and the OCG is decent.

 

I would say it is overpowered though, since it can only be destroyed by a non-LIGHT monster, but your opponent needs two of them to attack it in the first place.

 

The attack bonus is also too high in my opinion, just for your opponent to attack the card, this card would have 3500 ATK (Plus this card, so 4500).

 

Maybe change it from 1000 to 300-500 or so.

 

I also agree that skipping your opponent's turn is also a bit too much, just choose a phase.
