Shadow Ninja
Capitalize the namefake type : type is Winged-Beast not winged-warriorOcg errors I think the effect needs fixing.wouldn't you like to activate some Spell and Trap cards? Maybe say that your opponent cannot activate it.
herbie
Once per turn, at the start of your Main Phase you can pay 800 Lifepoints. If you do so you and your opponent cannot play any Spell or Trap Cards until your End Phase. effect is kinda like a watered down Cold Wave , but it's definitely balancedalso Winged-Warrior is not a type, i'd probably make it Fairy or Winged-Beast if i were you8/

ragnarok1945
a little too big of a drawback, but I guess it's still balanced. Some OCG errors, but the OCG thread can help 8/
