Balaxe
These cards revolvs arounds destroying your opponents monsters. [spoiler=Negative Vortex]When a monster is destroyed by a card effect, both players take damage equal to half of the destroyed monster's ATK. If "Positive Vortex" is on the field then you are uneffected by this card. [spoiler=Positive Vortex]When a monster is destroyed by a card effect, both players gain Life Points equal to half of the destroyed monster's DEF. If "Negative Vortex" is on the field then your opponent is uneffected by this card. [spoiler=Vakil, King of the Vortex]If "Positive Vortex" and "Negative Vortex" face up on your Field you can Special Summon this card from your Hand. Once per turn you can discard 1 Thunder-Type Monster. Destroy all Monsters your opponent controls whose DEF is lower than the ATK of the discarded Monster. [spoiler=Dangerous Storm]Activate when you have a Level 7 or higher Thunder-type monster on your Field and have less monster then your opponent. Destroy monsters on your opponents side of the field until you have the same amount of monster on the field (you choose the monsters that are destroyed). [spoiler=Static Fighter]When this card changes from Defence Position to Attack Position, destroy 1 face-up Monster that your opponent controls. [spoiler=Vortex Crusader]This card is treated as a Normal Monster while face-up on the field or in the Graveyard. While this card is face-up on the field, you can Normal Summon it to have it be treated as an Effect Monster with this effect:Each time a Thunder-type monster is destroyed by battle, destroy the monster that destroyed it. [spoiler=Vortex Guardian]Each time this Monster destroys a Monster by battle, select 1 Thunder-Type Monster in your Graveyard with ATK equal or less then the destoryed Monster's ATK, add it to your Deck and shuffle. Vailan
Vakil is very powerful, maybe a little OP. But the pics are nice though ;).
DesCrow
The first 2 cards are OP'd.Make it so players gain/lose the monsters level x100, and that would be better imo.Overall, creative, good ideas, somewhat poor execution.Polish things up and you got yourself some fine cards m'boy. 6.5/
regalsword65
The 3rd card CAN be OPED, but only if you have thunder-type monsters.. 1-2 and 4 are very well balanced. 8/
ragnarok1945
last card looks better to be DARK than LIGHT attribute, but then again you DID make it thunder type anyways, it's bordering the OPed end 8/
Big Lez
I think it would fit better if Negative Vortex would be a Trap..i dont know why..but it would^^maybe, because traps are mostly more evil than Spell :P.And the Summon Conditions would fit more..You might give your 3rd monster the effect, that you have to Tribute both cards to Summon it. All in all its a 7/
Zauls
Some OCG errors. All pics are good except the last one.Effects are perhaps a bit OP, but still these cards are good and I like the idea of the first two.7/
