Ok, if you make card that is saying "for the remainder of the duel" it cannot be continous trap, becouse it means that this effect only aplays when this card is face-up on the field, so change it normal trap.

 

"For the remainder of the Duel all Level 2 or lower monsters are removed from play immediately after Summon."

 

this card is only useable aginst specific kinds of deck, like low-level (like mine lol).

I would say UP'ED....Most of your opponet's card are obviously gonna be level 4 or higher. (Maybe except man eatre bug or morphing jar). Pic is OK.

While this card is on the field, all Level 2 or lower monsters Summoned to the field are removed from play.

 

Not quite sure.

 

Pretty balanced to me. But not that useful.
