OCG needs some changes:

"Pay 300 Life Points. Add one Level 3 or higher Spellcaster-type monster from your Deck to your hand. The Deck is then shuffeled".

Fixed his OCG fix, you don't need to say "The Deck is then shuffled", it is the rules that when you look through your deck, you shuffle it afterwards.

On Topic:

Effect is OP, shouldn't it be Level 3 or LOWER, because Level 12 for 300 Life Points is just plain OP. Like the pic though!

Good point, i think i did make its effect a bit too easy for the game rofl!!!!! :)
