This takes place 50 years after the fall of the Dark Signers. There is a group of Duelists named the RS (Rising Sun) that consists of 4 duelists (Ethan, Andrew, Akane, Karin and Akihiko) who are trying to eliminate all the Duel Gangs. Then they get down to one Duel Gang named FM (Falling Moon) who control great Duel Monster beasts named the Ancient Deitys, whom are trying to find the lost city of El Dorado to get their hand on it's gold to get rich and use their Ancient Deitys to rule all. The RS try to stop the FM so they follow them and end up in El Dorado. They then have to stop the FM before it's too late.
