This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can be Special Summoned from your hand or Graveyard the turn you inflict over 1500 points of damage to your opponent (except Battle Damage). When this card destroys a monster by battle, inflict 600 points of damage to your opponent. All Battle Damage dealt by monsters on your side of the field is treated as Effect Damage. When this card would be destroyed by an opponent's card effect, you can tribute 1 Pyro-Type monster to negate the effect of that card and destroy it.

 

Please tell me if it is OP'd, since it probably is.

that's actually not that hard to special summon, burn effect is very good, but without any drawbacks it's too powerful

As ragnarok said, it is OP and isnt hard to Summon which is one reason why it is OP.

 

I dont like the pic, i would change it.
