Effect:

 

This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card returns to the owner's hand during the End Phase of the turn that it is Normal Summoned, Flip Summoned, or flipped face-up. This card can only be Normal Summoned when you have 3 or more monsters in you Graveyard. When this card is Normal Summoned successfully, you can place 1 Afterlife Counter on it (max. 3). Place 1 Afterlife Counter on this card each time a monster is Special Summoned from the Graveyard. During the End Phase, select and activate 1 of the following effects:

- Remove 1 Afterlife Counter from this card to keep it on the field.

- Remove 1 Afterlife Counter from this card to Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower monster from your Graveyard.

where is the max amount of counters this card can hold? Everything else is great though

You must mention the amount of counters, as Ragnarok said.

A card can also be flipped face-up by a card effect and not be considered a Flip Summon. I also just copied that as the model for Spirit monsters.

This card is OVP'd. Sure the OCG is good, but dangerously OVP'd. You could perform..... quite a few Synchro Summons with this card.

Play it, and use it's effect to continuously bring back monsters for Synchroing, and have a bunch of Synchro's on the field to strike for game. DSF and this equals true death. This card would be banned faster than DSF.
